Kaname has been in the accounting field since 1994 and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1997 and where he worked with Deloitte before forming Kakuma & Ratner Professional Corporation and later KLCA. He has particular expertise in due dillegence, assurance and internal controls including Sarbannes-Oxley compliance. Kaname holds both Canadian (CA) and American (CPA) professional designations.

Kenneth Lee, C.A./C.P.A.
Managing Partner
Kenneth has been in the accounting field since 1995 and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2000. His early experience was with KPMG and also with the Ontario Ministy of Finance as a Sales Tax Auditor before establishing his own firm. Kenneth specializes in audit, audit representation, small/owner-run business finance and tax accounting. Like Kaname, Kenneth holds both prestigious Canadian and American professional designations - CA/CPA respectively.
